School’s True Feelings About Test Scores

There's always been a debate on just how much test scores should account for academic achievement. Well, now a school in the U.K. is saying how they really feel about test scores, and it's amazing!

Charlie Owen's mom received a letter from Charlie's school and it made her cry, but it's not a bad thing. The school was sending Charlie's test scores but what they said in the letter made more sense than any test score he'll ever get.
