Spider Bite: Should I be Concerned

Soooooo I got this spider bite the other day, and I've never had this reaction should I be worried?

I don't even know what kind of spider we're talking about here. Do you recognize the signs? Help!!

I got the bite Sunday night, and it starting brusing around the bite intermediately, and it's swollen a bit, but doesn't itch too bad. I'm paranoid about these things lol.
