Sun Valley Ranked #2

Sun Valley Ski Resort has been ranked the #2 Overall Ski Resort in North America! The resort ranked higher in a number of categories than it has in the past including the lifts, grooming, character, and even how kid-friendly it is. Sun Valley will kick off the ski season this year on November 26th.

I've been really excited to discover the mountains we have here locally and they seem fantastic!

Bogus Basin is just 16 miles out of town and besides skiing and snowboarding you can go tubing or snowshoeing and lessons here are really affordable, so I'm gong to encourage my kids to hit the slopes this season.

Tamarack Resort has pristine powder, plus you can mountain bike, or golf!! This place looks like a dream little getaway, so I can only hope to discover it this winter.

Brundage Mountain in McCall claims to have the "best snow in Idaho" with 46 trails. I've never been to McCall, but I hear it is breathtakingly beautiful!

Coming from Salt Lake City where we always claimed to have the "greatest snow on earth" I am really impressed with what Idaho has to offer! We may just give Salt Lake a run for their money!
