Don't forget these things if you're heading out to your polling place.

Today is the day!!!! Just remember these few things before you head to the polls.

Proper Identification: Make sure you have a photo ID with you when heading to your polling place.

  • If you don't have a photo ID you can request to fill out a personal identification affidavit.

Register / Re-Register: If you're not registered to vote, or you've moved or have changed your name - you can still vote.

  • Just bring your photo ID and a utility bill to show proof of residency.

Neutral Space: One hundred feet around the polling place is considered a 'protected space,' so leave your political signs, buttons, or any clothing supporting a candidate at home!

SELFIE TIME! In Idaho, it's ok to take a picture in your poll booth with your ballot as long as you don't disrupt anyone else who is voting.

Absentee Ballots: These are due when polls close today, you can drop them off at a special mailbox outside of the Ada County Elections Office - 400 N Benjamin Ln # 100, Boise, ID 83704

Poll Hours: Remember the polls are open until 8p tonight. As long as you're in line by 8p you can still vote!
