To Knee or Not To Knee?

What is this knee thing all about?  Do any of us really understand what's being said or what's trying to be said?  Is it wrong, right or is it something that lands in that grey area that we just know nothing about?

I love the fact that me, my kids and my entire family live in a country that is FREE, but what does that mean exactly because in many ways the freedom we have isn't free at all.  I'm about the last person you're going to see get all bent out of shape over politics but I do believe strongly in LOVE, FREEDOM, and KINDNESS to everyone.

I think it can be very complicated and I believe that if you have an open mind and an open heart when looking at everyone's point of view, you may find something beautiful in what everyone's saying.

I'm not here to tell you what's wrong and right.  I'm a simple man who never went to college, raised 5 kids, and worked hard for everything I own.  I guess my position is this.  I love this country.  I love those men and women who've fought for all the freedoms I've had and continue to have.  I get to watch my kids at soccer games or spelling bees.  I get to take my family to the movies and out to dinner occasionally.  I get to see my beautiful daughters get married and have children of their own and struggle through life in many of the same ways me and their mother did.  I feel blessed that so many sacrificed so much so that I can live the life I live.  They also sacrificed so that any one of us, black, white, or whatever can express themselves in any way they see fit as long as they're not hurting someone.  I respect that.  I respect each and every individual, not just in this country but on this planet.  I see us all as equals and through my ignorance only wish good things for each and every one of us.  Maybe my point of view is ignorant but I feel satisfied and comfortable with my stance.  Politics aside, LOVE is what I feel for you all and I hope that LOVE truly does conquer all.  God Bless America!
