Twin Falls PD to Issue Body Cams

Twin Falls is the latest city to issue its officers body cams.

The police department made the announcement today that their office would be receiving body cameras, six years after they'd first studied the benefits of the cameras. After several high-profile cases involving officers, they decided it was what they needed to do.

Within the next year the department hopes to have 60 body cameras on officers in the Twin Falls area.
