Veterans Memorial Vandalized!!

I am so mad!!! The new Vietnam Veteran Memorial in Boise has been vandalized!

6 medallions have been picked off the front of the memorial! They were custom made medallions that cost approx. $3,350.

One of the medallions represented the Vietnam Veterans of America and the 5 other medals represented the branches of the armed forces. The custom medallions took about 6 months to create.

The memorial honors 217 fallen Vietnam Veterans from Idaho, including my Great-Uncle Robert "Robin" Willey and hundreds just gathered on Memorial Day for the dedication.

It makes me furious that some inconsiderate, disrespectful, person or people could do such a horrible thing.

Police are currently investigating the situation.
