What’s a New Pandemic Habit You’ll Be Keeping?
Perhaps this is a silver lining from the pandemic.
Go ahead and call me an optimist, but I feel that there are good things that we can take from this past year. Yeah, it's a year that we never want to experience again, but it's one we can learn from. There is a light at the end of the tunnel and I know we are all running toward it. But let's not neglect the good from the last year.
I know you're probably wondering what good came from such an awful time.
If we look hard enough, we'll find silver linings from the pandemic. We got more time with loved ones. We realized how capable we are of adapting to new situations at work or at home. We also picked up some hobbies or habits that will benefit us in the long run.
I asked this on social media recently and got quite a few responses so I'll as you now. What is something you picked up in the pandemic that you plan on holding onto after the pandemic? It could be a habit, hobby, tradition... anything?
One man told me he started wearing hats more in the last year and wants to continue that. He never considered himself a hat person before. Other responses included painting, hiking, golf, afternoon walks, gardening and chess. I think The Queen's Gambit on Netflix got a lot of people into chess.

I digress. Tell us something that is new from the last year that is sticking around from now on. I actually found a workout routine that has stuck for a year so that's on my list.
