There's been a lot of talk about which High Schools are the biggest, baddest, and best.  Time to Put Up or Shut Up!  The Idaho High School State Championships are set.

 

Finals go down at Albertson's Stadium, Holt Arena, and Kibbie Dome this Friday and Saturday, November 20th and 21st.  Tickets are $7 each.  Children under 6 are free.

 

  • Mountain View - Remains perfect and is currently ranked the #1 team in Idaho.
  • Rocky Mountain - Their semifinal win over the Highland Grizzlies was their 1st in school history.

 

  • Bishop Kelly - The two time defending champ is looking to become the 1st 5A or 4A school in Idaho to 3-peat as champions.
  • Sandpoint - The Bulldogs come in with more losses (3) than most who've made it this far.  They're ready to prove they're the best in 4A.

 

  • Emmett - The #1 ranked Huskies (10-0) are in the 3A State Championships for the 1st time
  • Gooding - Quarterback Wyatt Williams threw for 4 touchdowns and ran for another in their 43-34 semifinal win against Homedale

 

  • Grangeville - Quarterback Layton Harris threw for 265 yards and 5 touchdowns in their semifinal win over Nampa Christian
  • Aberdeen - Looking to become the only 12-0 team in Idaho.
