Would You Be Willing To Pay Over $1 Million For This Idaho Cabin?
Let me ask you again, would you pay over $1 million for this log cabin in McCall?
I'm just going to lay out the basics first. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, is 1,800 sq. ft, and sits on 0.28 of an acre. This home was only built in 2001 and I would consider it fairly new. There is an HOA fee but it's only $33 a month.
The real estate agent in the property details on Realtor.com does mention that this property "is in McCall's highly desirable Spring Mountain Ranch!" that it's across from the McCall Golf Course and that the residents get full access to the Spring Mountain Ranch Club House its pool, hot tub, and the fitness center.
Are the amenities worth the price tag?
I'm starting to think yes, but since the property already has a hot tub, you won't be using the hot tub at the clubhouse. You will be using that pool though, having a pool that's convenient and you don't have to take care of is such a huge bonus to the property with a small HOA price tag that I had mentioned before of only $33.
What other benefits does this property have?
The real estate also mentioned that this home has already been used as a rental and has a 5-star rental, and the home "is being sold fully furnished with amenities, cookware, and kitchen accessories."
I'm leaning toward this home being well worth the price tag the real estate agent continues to say "just a few minutes to shopping and dining in Downtown McCall, Payette Lake, and Ponderosa Park. McCall's epic downhill skiing, nordic skiing, snowmobiling, and snowshoeing will be at your fingertips from this basecamp where you'll unwind after a day in paradise!"
