This morning we were talking about this new yoga practice.  Well.  New to me.  My therapist recommended it.  Don't worry.  I know how that sounds.However.  If you are running around at a super fast pace this is supposed to help. It's called: Yoga Nidra For Sleep. Truth be told I got this link about a week ago but just haven't had time to get through the 7:00 mark because I get too distracted BUT I plan on it sometime today.
