Zizly’s Twist On The #ALSICEBUCKETCHALLENGE

I was challenge by my friend and fellow WOW 104.3 team member, Sari O'Neal and my friend Sarah. I'm from California, and because of the serious drought, I decided to improvise on the challenge.

Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis, Lou Gherig's Disease, or simply ALS; I'll be honest, I didn't know much about the disease before the Ice Bucket Challenge, but now I know that as many as 30,000 people are living with the disease in the U.S. at one time, and there is no cure. Hopefully, now with the funds raised, we can be headed in the right direction.

The Ice Bucket Challenge original started as a challenge to donate to any organization, so I challenge you to match the ALS donation to National Alliance on Mental Health, and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital
