2 People Killed in Head-On Weiser Crash
It was a deadly weekend in the Treasure Valley. Three people from Weiser were killed in separate accidents.
Yesterday morning at about 9: 30, 48-year-old Christine Dove and 67-year-old Roy Dove were driving Southbound along HWY 95 when Christine overcorrected and crossed over into oncoming traffic. According to an article on KTVB that details the crash, Dove hit a 2008 Ford Escape driven by 71-year-old Lois Bridge, also of Weiser. Both Christine and Roy died at the scene of the crash. There were two teenagers in the backseat that were transported to Weiser Memorial Hospital.
Lois Bridge was taken by air ambulance to Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise. Her condition and the condition of the teenagers is unknown at this time.
Please keep the families of all of these people in your thoughts and prayers, as well the family of 55-year-old Francis Redick of Weiser who was killed in a crash on Cox Road over the weekend.
Let's all be extra careful and be sure to always buckle up before you hit the road. It's horrible to see anyone lose their life in this manner.
