One of the many reasons I love Idaho: resident's selfless acts during a time of need. In the midst of a global pandemic, humans are being encouraged to practice social distancing -staying away from gatherings of ten people or more- in an effort to curb the Coronavirus cases around the world. During this time of self-isolation, some people are struggling with getting out and getting the essentials.

So, Treasure Valley residents with a big heart are jumping in to help. According to KBOI, "Jeremy Smith and his wife and friends are offering a sack lunch containing a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, cookies, chips, and an orange."

If you know of someone who could use a lunch, all you have to do is text them with an address and they'll deliver. When they've dropped them off, they'll shoot you a text. No face-to-face communication needed and it's completely anonymous. Just text: 208-319-6301.
