According to KTVB, the Ada County Sheriff's office has announced that they have a tentative location for a second driver's license office location.

There is no word on how much the plan would cost or how many stations there will be; however, they did share that they were looking for a space that was between 8,500 to 9,000 square feet and be able to seat 150 people.

According to KTVB, the new site will be in Meridian near the intersection of Franklin and Linder. In a previous statement, the Sheriff's office said they planned to have it opened in 2020.
