Alcohol Involved In Idaho Crash That Kills Woman & Sends Man To Hospital
How much alcohol, who was drinking, and what factor it played in this fatal automobile accident is unknown at this time but we do know that it did play some kind of factor and we do know that one person is dead and the other in the hospital.
This was a one-vehicle accident in the Pocatello, Idaho area. According to The Idaho State Journal 24-year-old Thomas Z. Stamus was driving a 2018 Nissan Sentra eastbound East Fork Mink Creek Road in the Pocatello area. Stamus and his passenger, 26-year-old Rheanna D. Archer both were NOT wearing seatbelts. Stamus had trouble staying on the road when a left turn came up, veered off the ride side of the road and crashed down an embankment.
Stamus was immediately transported to Portneuf Medical Center in Pocatello. We have no idea how bad he's hurt or if he's going to be o.k. We'll keep you posted as we hear more. Archer, unfortunately, DID NOT make it. She died at the scene of the accident. Her family has been notified. Our thoughts and prayers are with them.
