Authentic Soul Food Restaurant In Boise Named One Of The Best

There have been too many lists of the best of this and the best of that, but for the most part, they are chain restaurants. Don't get me wrong, they're some great chain restaurants, but whenever we can find a local restaurant being highlighted, we want to ensure we help spread the word!

Fielding D., on Yelp, had this to say about Louisiana's Soul Bayou " I found this place on Yelp, and it absolutely delivered. I spent a few days in Boise with my family, and this was our favorite place to eat. We got the popcorn chicken, shrimp po'boy, Mac and cheese, and hush puppies. All were excellent, but I probably enjoyed the hush puppies the most. Wish we had this place back in Utah!"

Another Yelp review from Lj A. said, "Not much to say but DAMNNN! This place is legit, and it left me wanting more. I'm not from Boise but I visit often and will be back for more. The banana pudding is amazing!! Everything I Had was amazing!"
