With the third annual Tortuga Music Festival having just taken place this weekend in Fort Lauderdale, organizers have already announced that Blake Shelton will headline the festival come 2016. A limited number of advance tickets have already gone on sale for next year, even though official dates have yet to be formalized. (However, organizers do say the festival will once again take place in April.) Meanwhile, event producers have also revealed that this year’s festival--which featured the likes of Kenny Chesney, Jake Owen, Zac Brown Band, and several other country A-listers--hosted 75,000 fans, nearly doubling last year’s 44,000 attendees.
