Boise Firefighters Save Ducklings

There is something extra special about the people of the Treasure Valley. They're some of the nicest, most generous people I have ever met, and here's another example. 

I'll never forget a car jam at the intersection of Overland and Meridian Road about a month ago. Cars were at a standstill as a family of ducks slowly waddled across the road. That says something about the people here. I love how no one was in too big of a hurry to wait for this little duck family to make it safely across.

The Boise Firefighters were caught doing another very cool thing for 6 little ducklings on Friday morning. The ducklings had been separated from their Mother, so the firefighters lowered a box onto Fairview Avenue, scooped the ducklings up, and reunited them with Mama duck who was panicking nearby!!
