Boise Gets Spot on ‘World’s Top Beer Destinations’ List
As Homer Simpson would say, "Mmm..beer". I think that's how a lot of Idahoans feel, judging by all the amazing brewery options the Treasure Valley has to offer. The brews being poured in Boise are getting some special attention, however. According to the Idaho Statesman, Boise has just been named on the the "World's Top Beer Destinations."
VinePair released the list, which places Boise among the likes of Rio De Janairo, Brazil, Seol, South Korea, and many other U.S. cities. The article features some of our favorite breweries in town like: Woodland Empire (1114 W Front St, Boise), White Dog Brewing ( 705 W Fulton St, Boise), Boise Brewing ( 521 W Broad St, Boise), and Payette Brewing (733 S Pioneer St, Boise).
One of the reasons Boise was picked as a top destination was the accessibility to our awesome town. VinePair gives credit to some airlines offering nonstop flights to Boise (American Airlines from Chicago O’Hare / Southwest from San Diego).
