Social media has become such a powerful tool for law enforcement that Boise police are once again relying on it to bring in a suspect for questioning.

If you're noticing more crime, it could be because of situations like these...

According to Neighborhood Scout, the chances of becoming a victim of property crime are 1 in 76 and in Idaho, it's 1 in 96. While that may not seem high, it's still a chance and one that could continue to increase as the Treasure Valley continues to grow.

Boise police are looking for a suspect who might be contributing to that statistic but with multiple break-ins according to their Facebook page. Police say the suspect was spotted at W. Boise Ave. and Chrisway Dr. on Tuesday, Oct. 10th.
