If you aren't very fond of clowns, you may have Coulrophobia, and you're probably very glad you don't live in Wasco, CA.A guy going by the name, "Wasco Clown," is dressing up as a clown and roaming the streets of Wasco and posting pictures on Instagram as part of an "art project" with his wife.

Now, there are several copy cats in Bakersfield, CA who are really freaking people out, and police are actively looking for them.
