Dog Survives Crash, 15 Days in Idaho Desert

Can you imagine losing your pup? Now imagine losing him after you've been in an accident?

According to the Idaho Statesman, a little pup named Apollo has survived not only a roll-over crash but also braved the elements for two weeks!

The accident happened on I-84 just outside of Boise, near Stage Stop two days after Christmas. The scared dog-o ran away from the area, and despite rescuers from the Idaho Humane Society searching nearly every day, Apollo was nowhere to be found.

I don't know about you, but I feel like after all of this, I'd probably start losing hope that I'd find my furry friend. And maybe this family was feeling the same way....

Then, it happened!

On January 10, workers at Double Tapp firearms range, spotted Apollo and called IHS. They picked him up and were able to reunite him with his family! Check out the awesome rescue below :)
