Downtown Boise traffic is getting a whole lot worse starting Sunday night and this closure will go through the Fall.

Crews are setting up detour signs, re-striped traffic lanes, and temporary traffic lights.  Reserve Street shuts down Sunday evening.  It's all part of that major construction for St. Luke's development project.

The changes will be on the corner of 1st, State and Fort on Ave. B and East Jefferson.  That's where you'll find detours and changes that'll shift traffic and help people get to where they're going.

Only one lane of traffic will be in use on Ave. B and Fort from Banock to 2nd Street.  There's also a detour in place for the next few months while Reserve is closed that'll take you from Ave. H to McKinley Street to Straughan Street to Warm Springs.

Please avoid these areas if you can, if you cannot, you will be backed up in traffic.  St. Luke's is asking us all to have a little patience while they improve their facilities which helps benefit us all.
