Here are some pretty easy things you can do everyday to help you lose weight without diet and exercise!

1. Eat appropriate portions

2. Eat more often (have healthy snacks throughout the day)

3. Wean yourself off soda (this is the toughest one for me!)

4. Decrease your fast food consumption

5. Fill up on healthier items (like fruit & veggies instead of bread)

6. Don't keep eating after you're full

7. Drink more water

8. Buy higher quality food (ex. leaner but better cuts of meat)

9. Eat with your eyes (trick yourself by putting your food on a smaller plate.)

10. Get More Sleep!
