Wanna see something spectacular? Check out the World Center for Birds of Prey

If you've never been to the World Center for Birds of Prey, you're missing out on one of the coolest things we have here in the Treasure Valley. It's one of those things that is world renowned, but a lot of us tend to forget about it. Maybe it's like living in Vegas, and never going to "the strip". At least at the World Center for Birds of Prey, the raptors aren't preying on your wallet.

The center's "Fall Flights" begin this weekend, and you can experience these incredible birds in free flight. You'll see just how agile and majestic these amazing raptors are.
Shows are held every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from September 21 through November 4th. The center says each aerial presentation starts promptly at 3 pm and lasts 30-45 minutes. The interpretive center is open until 5 pm and raptors will join guests in our courtyard after the show.

If you want to go, get there early! Seating is limited and shows are likely to sell out. You will probably want to be there no later than 2 pm. The center does not allow late admissions to the show.

  • Admission: $10 adults, $8 seniors, $5 youth 4-16, free to members and children 3 and younger.

Enjoy!
