We're still in the thick of the "100 Deadliest Days of Summer." Unfortunately, we've had another fatal accident. This time in New Plymouth. 

The crash happened along I-84 on Sunday at about 5:35 p.m.

According to an article on KTVB that details the accident, 28-year-old Jon Michael Cason who is from Snyder, Texas was behind the wheel of a flatbed Ford pickup when he went off to the right shoulder before overcorrecting and then overturning his truck in the median. Cason's passenger, 33-year-old Joseph Sykes of Bruneau, Idaho was killed in the crash.

Both men were reportedly not wearing seatbelts and both men were thrown from the truck during the accident.

Joseph Sykes died at the scene. Jon Cason is listed in fair condition at Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise.
