Fireworks Banned Outside City Limits in Ada County

The ban will remain in effect until October 31.

The Ada County commissioners decided today to ban fireworks outside city limits and areas that are outside of a fire protection district.

They hope to prevent wildfires now that conditions are getting hot and dry. Violators can be charged with a misdemeanor.
