As an uncoordinated, inflexible human, I normally shy away from any exercise that involves either of those two skill sets. But if goats and bubbly are involved? I can be persuaded to try anything once!

Boise Goat Yoga is bringing back their ingenious "Bubbles & Baaaas" Goat Yoga Mimosa Brunch on Saturday, May 8! It takes place at Lively Balance Urban Farm where Emily Nielsen leads her goat yoga classes April-October. What's different about this particular goat yoga class, is the fact that in addition to the normal stretching and relaxation you get to do with her cute goat friends, Whimsical Wagon will be there serving up mimosas, mock-mosas and  some light brunch from their converted horse trailer bar!

So, what does "goat yoga" look like? It's a vinyasa flow yoga session with snuffles from Emily's goats. If you check out their Instagram page, you'll see that it's not uncommon for the goats to wander over to check on you while you're in child's pose, hop on your back in plank pose or offer you the perfect pose for a goat selfie that's so silly that you can't help but giggle!

If you'd like to check out the mimosa brunch class, we wouldn't wait to buy your tickets. The event is limited to 20 participants and will sell out quickly. Your ticket incudes your first two drinks and you can sign up HERE!

Can't make it on Mother's Day weekend but are interested in trying out the cuddliest workout in Boise some other time? Emily offers both both community and private classes through the spring, summer and early fall. You can click HERE to keep up to date with future classes or book a private session for you and your girlfriends, co-workers or family!
