Healthy Living Expo Continues at JUMP Today

We are under way for the Healthy Living Expo at JUMP this year, and what a perfect place for it.

Today is the last day for the Healthy Living Expo 10 a.m.- 8 p.m! Then tomorrow we run for St. Luke's Fit One Idaho's largest race and you will see 104.3 WOW Country on the track for the race. Wave as you go by.

With the Healthy Living Expo going on right now there is a lot of stuff to check out. From many vendors to groups out there as well. 1st, 5th and 6th floors are the ones to be visiting. Plus later tonight is the Silent Disco…starting at 6pm.

You may see these smiling faces while you are enjoying the expo or the race.

Your friendly reminder on the race morning. The high for the day is 54, which means at race time early in the morning most likely it will be cold. Rain gear cause there is a chance of showers, and long johns may be a good idea if you are like me and get cold easy.
