Homicide in Mountain Home

A woman was found dead this morning at a trailer park in Mountain Home and investigators are calling it a homicide. 

The "person of interest" is at large, but investigators are on the scene at Meadows Mobile Home Park at 1075 W. 6th S. in Mountain Home.

Originally the police showed up to the scene at 6 a.m. this morning after reports of a car crash, but once they arrived they quickly realized they were dealing with a homicide.

Even though the "person of interest" is on the loose, authorities say they don't feel the public is at risk.

According to KTVB, crime scene tape can be seen strung around the park and all that can be seen from the crime scene is a small SUV with a white sheet covering it.

Hopefully they catch the suspect soon and our thoughts and prayers are with those affected by this terrible act of violence.
