Have trouble getting out of bed and getting your day started? You're not alone. Here are some tips to help you out.

I know, I know, it sucks when you wake up before the alarm goes off (especially when it's a minute or two before), but experts say if that happens, just get up! If you fall asleep again, you'll fall into a deeper sleep cycle making it harder to get up a few minutes later.

2. Move your alarm!

It's so easy to hit snooze 30 times when your alarm is right next to you. Put it across the room so you have to get up to shut it off. And hey, you're up!

3. Water before coffee.

AAAAAHHHH!! Before you freak out, experts don't say you should cut out coffee completely, just start your day off with some warm lemon water. Not only will it get your metabolism going, the sour taste will give you that kick in the butt.
