Idaho Man Gets 10-Years for Abusing 3 Month Old Daughter

I know how frustrating it can be as a parent to have a child that is fussy. I swear my daughter cried for a year and a half straight, but this. This is never acceptable and it has landed an Idaho man in jail for a decade. 

He's 37-year-old, in the prime of his life and he is going to jail for slamming his 3-month old daughter down on a bed.

Luckily, the baby's Mama says her daughter is not likely to suffer any long-term effects.

According to KTVB, Kory Robert Prescott must spend at least 3-years in jail for his actions before being considered for parole.

He has pleaded guilty to one count felony injury to a child.

Prescott's daughter was flown from her home in Pocatello to Primary Children's Hospital in Salt Lake City after suffering a head injury and internal bleeding.

No matter how frustrating parenting can be, you just cannot go down this road. Set your child down in a safe place. Walk outside and regain your composure if you need to, but please don't ever hurt your child. The consequences of that one decision can and most likely will affect the rest of your life.
