Idaho’s Most Haunted Homestead Is Being Protected By A Spirit (VIDEO)
Idaho is quickly becoming one of the most popular destinations for people looking to start a homestead. Between the isolated areas and the beautiful scenery, it's no wonder Idaho is at the top of the list for so many.
How Far Would You Go To Protect Your Land?
It's pretty well-known how protective people can be of their land and property, especially in Idaho. Some people love what's theirs so much, that it might not be surprising to learn about spirits in the afterlife protecting their land.
That's the rumored legend of one of Idaho's most haunted homesteads which is just a short two-hour drive from Boise. The homestead, known as Rock Creek Station & Stricker Homesite or Stricker Ranch, can be found in Hansen, Idaho in Twin Falls County.
According to the folks in charge of the property, Idaho Heritage Trust, the Stricker Homesite is what's left of "Rock Creek or Stricker" and the stage station was built in 1865.

According to Idaho Haunted Houses, "Stricker Ranch was once part of the Oregon Trail and many believe that those who have died here still linger the area in spirit."
Someone... Or Something... Is Protecting The Property
Now, remember that thing we said about people going to extreme lengths to protect what's theirs? That seems to be what's happening at the Stricker Homesite... at least according to legend.
The legend, according to Idaho Haunted Houses, is that Mrs. Stricker haunts the property and has reportedly notified the property owner of when uninvited guests would trespass onto the property.
What do you think is going on at Stricker Ranch? Do you think something is lurking around the property protecting it from uninvited guests?
