I love looking at homes I cant afford. Not to torture myself, but it is fun to dream. This spectacular Boise Home caught my eye. The 3 bedroom, 5 bathroom home on Silver Crest Drive is stunning. The infinity pool and the city and foothills views though... wow, simply incredible. Realtor.com has photos of the home, property and views...

The view with the infinity pool are just so amazing. The home sits on 1.42 acres and from the looks of it lots of undisturbed land all around the property. 1641 W. Silver Crest Dr, in Boise is the address. According to Realtor.com it is currently on the market for just under two million, the asking prices is $1,988,000. Seems reasonable for a home of this magnitude and magnificence in Boise with how the market currently is. As I was looking over more info on the house I saw that the last time it sold was in April of 2017 and sold for around $980,000. Meaning in almost exactly 4 years the value has doubled from nearly $1 million to nearly $2 million. I know market prices are booming in the area but to double in value!? Jeez.
