Aaron Paul Says New Super Bowl Ad Is the Last Time They’ll Play Breaking Bad Characters
Breaking Bad has been done for a decade now. It is still one of the best shows out there and hard to believe Idaho's own Aaron Paul became a household name over a decade ago. Since then, Aaron and his Breaking Bad counterpart and good friend Bryan Cranston have done a lot since the shows end, but they can't seem to get passed their Breaking Bad days.
Aaron and Paul brought back their beloved Braking Bad roles for a new 2023 Super Bowl commercial. The two became Walter White and Jesse Pinkman once more to promote the snack brand PopCorners for the most watched televised event of the year. The two perfectly embodied the characters like no time had passed.
Aaron was interviewed by People and said, "It's so easy to kind of zip on that skin again. It's just like revisiting a very familiar friend."
Both Aaron and Bryan are feeling done with the roles forever after this one. Aaron continued, "I feel like this is sort of where we all kind of hang our hats, at least with the Breaking Bad universe, and what a fun way to go out."
So, with this we say goodbye to Jesse Pinkman and Walter White for good. See inside Aaron Paul's Idaho home below.
