Julianne Hough Gets Married in Coeur d’Alene

Dancing With the Stars superstar Julianne Hough finally ties the knot and she does it in style right here in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho.

Hough married Canadian hockey player Brooks Laich on a grassy field last Saturday in Coeur d'Alene which is close to a lot of where her family lives.

Wedding dress was on by 9 a.m., pictures taken on the shore of Lake Coeur d'Alene and then Hough went straight to her parents' house to get ready.  Hough wore a strapless custom Marchesa gown and double-tiered cathedral-length veil.

Brooks and Hough took a nice little boat ride before the ceremony which kicked off around 6 p.m.  Guests sat in small wooden chairs and had parasols to shade them from the sun.  Hough's dad walked her down the aisle and the ceremony lasted about 15 minutes.  After they were announced as Mr. and Mrs. Brooks and Julianne Laich paper confetti shot up from everywhere and the crowd cheered for the happy couple.

Late that night they held the wedding reception in the same place.  The reception served cocktails and dinner and there was lots of dancing.  Surprise, surprise!

We wish the happy couple the best and hopefully they'll enjoy a long, prosperous life.  Oh... and come on back to Idaho anytime.
