June Is Idaho Wine Month
Did you know that Idaho has a wine month? Calling all wine lovers and wine connoisseurs!
That's right! June is Idaho wine month!
As I was searching for events I found all kinds of cool stuff! According to winebusiness.com, "In 2009 Governor Butch Otter declared June Idaho Wine Month. As wine lovers we all know we don't wait for a single month to drink our favorite wines, so in June make sure those favorites are from one of Idaho's spectacular wineries. Idaho Wine Month encourages local consumers to drink local!! We ask local restaurants, retail stores, and wine shops to offer specials during the month of June to celebrate Idaho Wine Month and we encourage consumers to buy Idaho products, and of course Idaho wine!"
