Can you guess what it is?

According to Dr. Matthew Brown with St. Alphonsus, trips and falls are the leading cause of injury during Halloween, but these can easily be prevented.

Check your kid’s costume early and make sure it’s short enough that they won’t trip on it while walking.

Using face paint instead of a mask to give them a full range of vision while they’re out collecting candy.

Make sure the costume material is flame resistant in case they get too close to candle decorations.
