My Office Meeting Secret Weapon

I love meetings as much as the next employee. Recently, our office began holding in-person meetings again. Now dozing off during parts of the meeting that you aren't interested in isn't as easy as it was a month or two ago. That doesn't mean that it doesn't still happen occasionally. In-person meetings means that everyone has to wear a mask, which at first I didn't like, but now I do. I love wearing a mask in meetings, not only because it keeps us safe, but also because I can make faces at people I don't like, and they'll never know!

Every office has meetings. Not every session is fun. Most of them are snoozers, so that's when your phone tends to give you entertainment. Whether you're checking Facebook, Instagram, or playing Candy Crush is really up to you. I have recently found a game that has become my meeting go to. It's called "Retro Bowl." It's mostly a phone version of the old "Tecmo Bowl" that we used to play as kids. It's 80's-style arcade football, and if the rumors are true, this could be as close to real football that we see this year. The best part of this game is that it doesn't take a lot of attention to play, and you're not using your fingers to control the action. You can play this game and look like you're taking notes in your meeting.
