After 5 Years, Something Amazing Finally Moved Into Sad Meridian Restaurant

Last night, the foodie scene in Meridian got a sizzling new addition with the official grand opening of Chicago Fire Pizza. This hot spot is serving up a taste of the Windy City, and locals are already flocking to get a slice of the action.

Chicago Fire Pizza's doors swung open to eager pizza lovers, and the aroma of freshly baked pies filled the air. The restaurant's decor pays homage to the city of Chicago, with images of the windy city. The menu includes Deep-dish pizza, a Chicago classic, which takes center stage. The crust is golden, flaky, and oozing with cheese and flavorful toppings. The first bite is a taste of pizza paradise.

Appetizers include a meatball trio, baked artichoke, greek fries, Bruschetta "traditional," and more. Enjoy wings, salads, sandwiches, and family style Italian like Chicken Parmesan and Spaghetti with Sunday Gravy if you do not want to stuff your face with a slice of pie.

CEO and Founder Eric Schnetz shares, "I began researching and making pizza after moving out west from Chicago in 1986. This research may or may not have included corporate espionage (Dumpster Diving). Premium Wisconsin Mozzarella, pizza dough from scratch, and Italian sausage from the family sausage maker that supplied many of the original famous Chicago pizzerias are just a few examples of my commitment to quality and authenticity."
