It’s Finally Here! A New Popular Sandwich Shop Debuts In Boise Area

Now, people in Star and the Boise area will have another go-to to help make life that much better.

America's 'Greatest Sub' Is Coming To The Treasure Valley

It's been a few months since we first heard the news a popular sandwich shop was coming to the Boise area and now we can say it's finally here.

Brian and Amanda Robertson, natives of Las Vegas, just opened the first Capriotti's Sandwich Shop with two more locations planned with the next expected to open in Meridian later this year as reported by the Idaho Statesman.

“Boise needs a Capriotti’s."

"Capriotti's has never faltered in my book," Brian said in the initial press release with Amanda adding: "Boise needs a Capriotti's."

And they couldn't be more right.

We took a glance at their menu and they have everything from delicious cheesesteaks to salads, and even homemade cole slaw.

Oh yeah, they have soups too!
