Meet Jacob, a 4 year old who was diagnosed with stage 4 neuroblastoma cancer. At age two he made it clear that he was experiencing pain in his shoulder, and after noticing a tumor, his parents took him to the hospital. The severity of his condition led him to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
