The holidays are upon us. A time to be grateful, loving, and boycott Starbucks??

For years, Starbucks has released special versions of their coffee cups during the holidays. Mostly featuring Christmas-themed imagery, like trees, ornaments, reindeer, etc. But this year, they released a super "offensive" vessel: a simple red cup WITHOUT any hints of Christmas.

Wait, if you're saying, "so what, it's just a cup, why is that offensive?" I'm right there with you. But some are taking this red cup thing to a whole new level saying that "Starbucks hates Jesus."

Listen, I love Christmas just as much as the next person, but to ME (here's my disclaimer that this is MY opinion) the holidays are more than just being a Christian. It's a time to share the love, spread kindness, and have understanding for people's differences, including their religious beliefs.

Starbucks, by the way, has NEVER had cups that say "Merry Christmas" on them. But this year they wanted to take a minimalist approach to their design to embody the holiday spirit while being inclusive to ALL beliefs. Starbucks said in a statement:
