Honestly, the best way to celebrate is by getting together with some friends and family and enjoying a bucket of wings together — make that happen today, or maybe make it a part of your 4th of July weekend plans?

The timing for this holiday is perfect; it’s Friday... it’s the weekend... and it’s almost the 4 of July! Celebrate a little and go enjoy some chicken wings!

When I found out today is International Chicken Wing Day, I immediately began researching the best spots for chicken wings in the Boise area... and I was bummed to see my favorite chicken wings NO WHERE on ANY of the lists — how could that be?

Maybe it’s because the wings are from a chain restaurant? No... lots of other chain restaurants made it on the lists — just not this one.

I felt it was only appropriate to at least mention them. I feel like they are one of the most overlooked places for chicken wings, maybe even throughout the country...

My favorite chicken wings are from Dominos! I absolutely love just their traditional hot buffalo wings... and you won’t find them on any lists for best places to get wings.
