Thrillist released their list of 'The One Must-Eat Food in Every State,' for Idaho, the big winner....the fries from Boise Fry Company!

I mean it's pretty obvious that the Idaho potato is the best, but Thrillist talked about the endless possibilities Boise Fry Company has, since you get to choose the type of potato you want, the specific cut, and of course your choice of all those spices and dips. They also got the honor in their 'Best Burger in Every State' list.
