Unless of course if you live in Nampa, then you already know it's one of the best and most affordable places to live in the US.

The website Liveability.com came up with a list based on a whole list of things that make a community awesome including the price of a T-bone steak and a haircut, not to mention housing, transportation, and healthcare. Coming in at number one on the list is Round Rock, TX.

But number 8 on the list is Nampa, ID!

According to the report, the cost of a T-bone steak in Nampa is $8.50, a haircut is $14, and a pizza is just 8 bucks!
