On April 28th, company Verge Aero delivered a drone aerial tribute at the University of Pennsylvania's campus.

As part of the local #PhillyShinesBlue campaign and global #LightItBlue campaign, the company and their drones wanted to show appreciation for health care professionals and those on the front lines of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The group had approximately 140 illuminated drones fly in formations above the campus showing signs of hope with hearts and even spelling out "Thank U Heroes." In the message, there were also reminders to wear masks, wash hands, and maintain social distancing. Verge Aero CEO Nils Thorjussen told Penn Today, "The show was planned to ensure maximum visibility for those inside the hospitals and allow them to view the show while maintaining social distance."
