Turf gets New Home

The Basque Soccer Friendly has come and gone, but what happens to all that turf?

It's getting a new home at Ann Morrison Park! It's going to take 20 loads on a flat bed truck to get the 85,000 square feet of turf over to the park, but it'll be worth it.

The soccer fields at Ann Morrison Park needed a little facelift, and were set to be replaced next spring, but with the soccer friendly turf, it created a great opportunity to reuse it.

So if you and your family play a little soccer game on field #3 at Ann Morrison you'll be playing on the same field as the professionals did!
