Twin Falls Teacher Resigns After Tape Incident

Why on earth????

According to KTVB (via report from Times-News), a Twin Falls teacher is under investigation for allegedly taping a second-grade student's mouth shut during class on February 16.

The teacher -whose name has not been released- has resigned and a substitute teacher will be filling in until end of the school year.
